Ulriken. We woke up to a dry, partly cloudy day on our last morning in Bergen, and were trying to decide what to do. I came across your post while researching hiking options as we headed to breakfast. It turned out to be one of the big highlights of our 2 weeks in Scandinavia. Your photos convinced us that it would be more than simply a cable car ride to the top, and it was! The tinge of the fall colors, the beautiful mountaintop lakes and the views were incredible. Thanks for taking the time to motivate two hikers to experience this part of Bergen!

On a plain area I`m a really fast walker, but when it comes to jumping over rocks… That`s when I feel nature`s fail to bless me with a few centimetres more… (Also at concerts!) 🙁

I have a bad-shoes story as well, wearing havaianas flipflops to hike waterfalls… Not the best choice, I can assure! But the place was so amazing it was worth the risk (don`t try this at home!)
