I’m going to try to implement some of your tips here in Germany… Even if it’s currently summer at the moment. Maybe you’ll have some tips for summers as well? The sleeping part is interesting. Being a new mom, my sleep has gone haywire. I sleep whenever I can or sometimes when my daughter naps. I’m wondering if the tips still apply to someone who has to wake up a few times at night to nurse?
